What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide information to site owners. The ANTIV web portal uses cookies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and protect against cross-site request forgery (CSRF).

Cookies We Use

Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the platform to function and cannot be switched off. They include:

  • Session cookie — Keeps you logged in as you navigate the portal. Expires when you close your browser or after your configured session timeout.
  • CSRF token cookie — Protects form submissions from cross-site request forgery attacks. Required for all forms in the portal.
  • 2FA state cookie — Tracks whether you have completed two-factor authentication in the current session.

Preference Cookies

  • Theme preference — Stores your UI preference (dark mode is the default and currently the only theme).

Analytics Cookies

The ANTIV portal does not use third-party analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics). Any usage metrics we collect are processed server-side from web server logs only.

Third-Party Cookies

If you access the Stripe billing portal from within ANTIV, Stripe may set cookies under their own domain. These are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy. If Google reCAPTCHA is enabled on your instance, Google may set cookies under the reCAPTCHA domain.

Managing Cookies

Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in to the portal. For instructions on managing cookies in your browser, refer to your browser's help documentation.
