MSP Partner Program - Getting Started
Welcome to the ANTIV MSP Partner Program
The ANTIV MSP Partner Program is designed for managed service providers who want to offer enterprise-grade endpoint security to their clients. As a partner, you gain access to centralized management tools, bulk operations, client reporting, and a dedicated partner API — all under your own brand.
Registration Process
- Create an Account — Visit the ANTIV Partners page and click "Become a Partner." Fill in your company name, contact information, and business details.
- Verify Your Email — Check your inbox for a verification email and click the confirmation link to activate your partner account.
- Complete Your Profile — Log in to your partner dashboard and complete your company profile, including your logo for white-label branding on client reports.
- Select a Plan — Choose from one of our four partner plan tiers (Starter, Professional, Business, or Enterprise) based on the number of clients and features you need.
Choosing the Right Plan
We offer four partner plan tiers to match your business size and needs:
- Starter — Ideal for new MSPs with up to 5 clients. Includes core management features, email alerts, and basic reporting.
- Professional — For growing practices with up to 25 clients. Adds bulk operations, the security health dashboard, and priority support.
- Business — For established MSPs with up to 100 clients. Includes team member management, partner API access, and advanced reporting.
- Enterprise — Unlimited clients with custom pricing. Includes white-label branding, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
Setting Up Your First Client
- Navigate to Clients in your partner dashboard and click Add Client.
- Enter the client's company name, primary contact email, and assign a subscription plan.
- Once the client is created, you will receive a unique agent installer link to deploy ANTIV on the client's devices.
- Share the installer with your client or deploy it remotely using your RMM tool. The agent will automatically register the device under the correct client account.
- Return to your dashboard to verify the device appears and begin monitoring.
