1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ANTIV security platform provided by Reboot Computer Services Inc. ("ANTIV", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ANTIV provides a cybersecurity platform including antivirus scanning, threat monitoring, device management, server security monitoring, and related APIs. The platform may be accessed via web portal, desktop agent, Linux server agent, or REST API.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You may not share your account with others or use the service on behalf of another organization without an appropriate partner or enterprise agreement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to scan systems you do not own or have explicit authorization to scan
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, circumvent, or interfere with the platform's security features
  • Use the API in a manner that exceeds your plan's rate limits or causes degraded service for other users
  • Upload malicious code, exploits, or files intended to compromise the platform
  • Resell or sublicense the service without a written MSP or reseller agreement

5. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime for the portal and API. Planned maintenance will be announced at least 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside our control (force majeure, upstream provider outages, etc.).

8. Limitation of Liability

ANTIV is a security tool and is not a guarantee against all threats. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where possible. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Reboot Computer Services Inc. is incorporated. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
