ANTIV offers four partner plan tiers to accommodate MSPs of all sizes. All plans include access to the partner dashboard, client management, and email alerts. Higher tiers unlock additional features and capacity.

Upgrading or Downgrading
You can change your plan at any time from Settings > Billing in your partner dashboard:
- Upgrading — Takes effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
- Downgrading — Takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Ensure you are within the lower plan's limits (client count, team members) before the switch date.
Stripe Billing Portal
ANTIV uses Stripe for all billing operations. From the billing settings page, click Manage Billing to access the Stripe Customer Portal where you can:
- View and download invoices
- Update your payment method (credit card, debit card)
- View upcoming charges
- Cancel your subscription
Annual Discounts
Save up to 20% by switching to annual billing. Annual pricing for each tier:
- Starter — $470/year (save $118)
- Professional — $1,430/year (save $358)
- Business — $3,350/year (save $838)
- Enterprise — Contact us for custom annual pricing
To switch to annual billing, go to Settings > Billing and select the annual option. The discount will be applied starting with your next billing cycle.
