Client-Facing Reports

ANTIV allows you to generate professional, branded security reports for each of your clients. These reports are designed to be shared with client stakeholders, providing a clear overview of their security posture and your value as their MSP.

Generating a Report

  1. Navigate to Reports in your partner dashboard.
  2. Select the client for which you want to generate a report.
  3. Choose the reporting period (last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or custom date range).
  4. Click Generate Report. The report will be rendered as a printable HTML page.

Report Contents

Each generated report includes the following sections:

A high-level overview including:

  • Overall protection score for the reporting period

  • Number of threats detected and resolved
  • Number of scans completed
  • Patch compliance percentage

A table listing all devices under the client's account with:

  • Device name and operating system
  • Current protection status (healthy, warning, critical)
  • Last scan date and result
  • Definition version and last update
  • Pending patches count

Threat Activity

A detailed breakdown of all threats detected during the reporting period, including threat type, severity, affected device, and resolution status.

Recommendations

Automated recommendations based on the client's data, such as:

  • Suggestions for improving overall protection score

Branding

Reports automatically include your company logo and name as configured in your partner profile. The ANTIV branding appears as a subtle footer attribution. Ensure your company logo is uploaded in your partner settings for the best presentation.
