ANTIV — Terms and Conditions

Effective date: October 25, 2026 Owner / provider: Reboot Computer Services Inc. ("Reboot," "we," "us," "our") Service: the ANTIV security platform, including the ANTIV web portal at antiv.io, the ANTIV desktop and server agents, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Contact: [support@antiv.io / legal@rebootcs.com] · [company mailing address]

By creating an account, installing an agent, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

1. Definitions

  • Customer / you — the individual or organization that holds an account.
  • Partner / MSP — a managed service provider who resells or administers the Service for its own End Clients.
  • End Client — a business or individual whose devices are managed by a Partner through the Service.
  • Device / Agent — a computer or server running the ANTIV agent, and the software itself.
  • Content / Data — information you or your Agents submit to or generate in the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

2.1 You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. The Service is intended for business and professional use. 2.2 You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Enable two-factor authentication where offered. 2.3 You are responsible for your Agents, users, team members, and (if you are a Partner) your End Clients' use of the Service.

3. The Service; what it does and does not do

3.1 ANTIV provides malware scanning, real-time protection, device and server security monitoring, threat quarantine, and related security management. 3.2 No security product is perfect. ANTIV reduces risk but does not guarantee detection or prevention of all malware, intrusions, data loss, or damage. You remain responsible for backups, patching, and a layered security program. The Service is a tool, not a warranty of security. 3.3 Virus definitions, heuristics, and features change over time. We may add, modify, or retire features.

4. Partner / MSP terms

4.1 A Partner may provision and manage the Service for its End Clients under the Partner's plan and device entitlements. 4.2 As between the parties, the Partner is responsible for its relationship with, billing of, and authorization from its End Clients, including obtaining any consents needed to install Agents and process End Client data. 4.3 The Partner must only deploy Agents on devices it is authorized to manage, and must maintain its own terms and privacy notices with its End Clients consistent with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. 4.4 Reseller pricing, per-device pricing, and marketplace availability (including through the Dissemino MSP marketplace) are governed by the applicable plan and any separate partner agreement.

5. Acceptable use

You will not, and will not permit anyone to: - use the Service on devices you are not authorized to manage or monitor; - use the Service to access, scan, attack, or test systems without authorization; - reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where that restriction is prohibited by law; - resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as an authorized Partner; - interfere with or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or other users; - upload unlawful content or use the Service to violate any law or third-party right; - circumvent usage, device, or security limits, or probe/scan our infrastructure. We may suspend access to protect the Service, our users, or third parties.

6. Subscriptions, billing, and payment

6.1 Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. 6.2 Fees are stated at purchase. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for. 6.3 Plans renew automatically for the same term unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. 6.4 We may change pricing or plan features on prospective notice; changes take effect at your next renewal. 6.5 Non-payment may result in downgrade to a free tier (where available) or suspension/termination. 6.6 Partner/MSP billing (including per-device charges and usage reporting) is governed by the Partner's plan and any separate partner agreement.

7. Licenses and intellectual property

7.1 Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service and install Agents for your internal business use (and, for Partners, to manage authorized End Clients) during your subscription. 7.2 We and our licensors own all rights in the Service, software, and trademarks. No rights are granted except as expressly stated. 7.3 Third-party components (e.g., open-source malware-scanning engines) are licensed under their own terms, which control for those components. 7.4 Your Data remains yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate, secure, and support the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Your data and privacy

8.1 Our handling of personal and device data is described in the ANTIV Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. 8.2 You are responsible for having the legal right and any necessary consents to install Agents and submit Data, including (for Partners) consents from End Clients. 8.3 Where we process personal data on your behalf (for example, a Partner's End Client data), we act as a processor on your instructions; a Data Processing Addendum is available on request. [confirm DPA availability]

9. Confidentiality and security

9.1 We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to a security product (see the Privacy Policy). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. 9.2 You must promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized access to your account.

10. Third-party services

The Service integrates a limited set of service providers strictly to operate (for example, payment processing). We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. See the Privacy Policy, Section "Service providers," for the current list and purposes. Your use of any separately linked third-party service is governed by that third party's terms.

11. Beta and optional features

Features labeled beta, preview, or optional (including optional third-party threat-enrichment) are provided "as is," may change or be withdrawn, and may be off by default.

12. Disclaimers

12.1 THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 12.2 WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL DETECT OR REMOVE ALL THREATS, BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA WILL NOT BE LOST. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; those may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

13.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY IS LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. 13.2 OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE [TWELVE (12)] MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. 13.3 These limits do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify Reboot against claims arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, your Content/Data, or (for Partners) your End Clients' use, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Suspension and termination

15.1 You may stop using and cancel at any time. 15.2 We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, legal requirement, or risk to the Service or others; where practical we will give notice. 15.3 On termination, your license ends and Agents should be uninstalled. We handle post-termination data per the Privacy Policy (including retention and deletion).

16. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified (e.g., by email or in-portal notice) before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing law and disputes

17.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. 17.2 The exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE], and the parties consent to that jurisdiction. [confirm whether you want arbitration / class-action waiver instead — attorney decision]

18. General

18.1 These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any plan or partner agreement are the entire agreement. 18.2 If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. 18.3 Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. 18.4 You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. 18.5 Notices to us: [legal@rebootcs.com / mailing address].
